Information Desk

Members are the frontline contact with parishioners coming to attend Mass. They offer information and related materials to parishioners; answer queries; contact new parishioners to obtain data for further contact and refer them to the Visitation Group for follow up. They also arrange for enrollment or sale of tickets for various Parish activities, etc.

組員是堂區接觸到來參與彌撒教友的前線。負責向教友提供堂區消息及資料；解答問題；主動接觸新教友以便取得聯絡資料，轉介給探訪組作跟進。並處理堂區活動的報名或出售門券等工作。
